I am a systemic therapist that utilizes a multi-model approach to create an environment that embraces the unique circumstances and needs of the individual. I am passionate about creating a strong therapeutic alliance and creating a safe space for my clients to feel empowered and embrace their authenticity. While we can't change difficult situations of the past, we can work together to better understand and resolve challenges in your life.
I utilize an integrated approach of evidence-based practices such as trauma focused CBT, CFTSI and Internal Family systems (IFS) to meet the needs of many individuals seeking support. Tangible results after engaging in therapy often include symptom reduction, personal development, and enhanced well-being.
I believe in creating a space where we can have difficult conversations, work on resolving issues and collaborate on treatment that is tailored to your personal needs and experiences.
