Hi there! My ideal client comes to psychotherapy wanting to make change in their life. I believe in psychotherapy, that change is possible, and that small changes can lead to big differences in our lives. I have worked extensively with college students, people with addiction struggles, professionals (doctors, nurses, and therapists,) with ongoing mental health needs, couples and families, and misfits, artists, and musicians.
I collaborate with you to identify the changes you can make, hold you accountable for those changes, and help you monitor the outcomes and impacts of those changes. I do this with empathy and kindness as well as a gentle sprinkling of silliness and laughter. Methods include CBT, EMDR, SFBT, RCT, and DBT.
