I have a warm and welcoming style that focuses on collaborative conversation and active listening. No blank wall therapist here. In my 13 years working as a therapist, I’ve found that a flexible and eclectic approach works best for most of my clients. It’s often hard to fit a whole person into one mode of therapy so we may use a variety of strategies.
