I use evidence-based treatment approaches that are trauma-informed and designed to meet your individual goals. I have had success using narrative therapy (telling your story), cognitive behavioral therapy (challenging your non-productive beliefs and thoughts), solution-focused therapy (short-term), and using art as therapy (let’s get creative!).
I specialize in helping with substance use disorder, couples and families in recovery, and trauma/PTSD.
