I work best with people who feel stuck in painful patterns—struggling with depression, suicidal thoughts, trauma, anxiety, substance use, or overwhelming emotions. Many have been diagnosed with Borderline Personality Disorder or engage in self-harming behaviors. They want to feel more stable, connected, and hopeful. I use evidence-based approaches and a thoughtful, collaborative process to help clients make meaningful, lasting changes in their lives.
I provide specialized therapy using Dynamic Deconstructive Psychotherapy (DDP) to help individuals manage intense emotions and reduce self-destructive behaviors.
I believe therapy can be a powerful step toward real change. I’ll work with you to understand your emotions, build self-acceptance, and create stronger connections with others. As you grow in these areas, symptoms like depression, anxiety, and suicidal thoughts often begin to ease.
