I have extensive expertise in the assessment and treatment of Borderline Personality Disorder and utilize evidence-based approaches to ensure effective care. My practice emphasizes thorough assessment, outcome measures, and personalized treatment planning to support meaningful and lasting change.
Unlike many therapists who provide supportive therapy with mixed techniques, I have undergone extensive, specialized psychotherapy training in Dynamic Deconstructive Psychotherapy. Training included intensive weekly clinical supervision with the founder of DDP, culminating in advanced credentialing—a process that takes up to three years.
I believe in the power of psychotherapy to create transformative change. My approach focuses on helping you connect with your emotions, yourself, and others in a meaningful way. Through this process, you move toward greater self-acceptance. As a natural result, struggles with depression, anxiety, and suicidal thoughts often begin to decrease.
