I offer low cost mental health services treating depression, anxiety, stress, PTSD, Life and situational adjustment related issues, men's issues, women's issues, divorce issues, co-parenting issues, relationship woes, career and workplace issues, brief based counseling, and other mental health challenges.
Prioritizing your mental health is important. Please don't allow finances to be the barrier that gets in your way from getting the support you seek. Sometimes solutions can be found and explored with a unbiased outsider looking in who is licensed and professionally trained to support you as you navigate your life obstacles.
