Everyone is hurt in some way, on some level, but we cannot thrive while dwelling in our brokenness. True healing is possible. Helping people to live a life unlimited is my passion, my calling.
I have experience helping individuals with mental health and/or addiction disorders & their family, including first responders & military. I utilize evidence-based therapy modalities including, but not limited to, CBT, EMDR, SFT and DBT. In regard to personal attributes, I am a very genuine, non-judgmental and easy-going individual.
