I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in Lafayette providing therapy to adolescents and adults. I focus on addressing issues of anxiety, depression, grief, stress, life transitions and adjustment issues.
My therapeutic approach is Cognitive Behavioral Therapy but I also utilize a variety of evidence-based methods to provide the best services to my clients. Youth PTSD Treatment (YPT) for 7-18 year old children and adolescents, 12 session manualized cognitive behavioral therapy.
