I specialize in helping people heal from traumatic experiences and the anxiety and depression that often result from trauma. I am trained and experienced in Eye-Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Brainspotting Levels 1 & 2, and I am certified in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy.
