My approach to therapy
I believe the client has within them the answers they need to be successful. I listen and then we look at cognitive distortions that interfere with their ability to be successful. I enjoy working with clients who want to make changes to improve productivity in their lives.
What you can expect from me
In my first session I introduce the client to my employment and licensing. I am usually listening and looking for areas, the client struggles and areas that they are successful. We then establish areas that need addressed and then develop a treatment plan. I have experience working with trauma, substance abuse and relationships.
I am looking forward to working with you to help you live a life of freedom from cognitive distortions that interfere with your daily life. We will work together to develop a plan to improve your ability to be more productive.
