Therapy does not have to take a long time. I assist individuals & couples to successfully get through their difficult (or ongoing) stage) of their lives to acquire a healthier, more effective perspective of their relationships, their situations, & their lives.
I enjoy assisting people getting to the core of their challenges within a small amount of time.. Most of my clients report of having experienced positive changes in their life within 1-4 sessions. My interest is to ask poignant questions to get to the bottom of the problem(s). My clients usually acknowledge me of being direct & not sugar-coating things.
I have dedicated my professional practice to assisting people going through rough times. I accept cash payment, IEHP Insurance, and straight MediCal. Generally, the average amount of sessions for couples are 3-6 depending on the issues presented. Since 2015, I have nearly a 100% success rate for clients using EMDR.
