About
Without vulnerability, there is no growth. Sometimes our "own stuff" influenced by family generations and personal experiences get in the way of our healing. It is intuitive for us to defend against such vulnerabilities for protection and at the same time such defenses do an outstanding job of stunting our growth. Where's the balance? This is the reason I believe therapy is about creating a safe environment where one can feel comfortable to show their true selves, while also challenging the parts that seem to perpetuate this cycle of stuck-ness.
I strive to create a compassionate working relationship with those motivated to break this cycle of feeling "stuck." It may be a pervasive pattern or your first time being here. We all encounter these roadblocks and sometimes it's just about taking that first step in seeking guidance that begins to break the "stuck-ness."
My goal is to help you discover your most authentic self and reach your fullest potential. If you'd like a free phone consultation or decide you'd like to work together, please contact me directly at gllamas@mindtuneca.com. Please note that I am only offering Telehealth sessions to clients.
