As a former educator, I take my expertise working with individuals based on their individual needs. I seek to understand the overall being, awareness and who they are becoming. As an eclectic counselor, I utilize Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Rational Behavior Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, Reality and Therapy. I work with a variety of issues from anxiety, self-esteem, depression, anger management, personal growth, social skills, conflict resolution, behavior modification, couples, family conflict grief, self-harm and suicide.
I find fulfillment in helping others triumph over troubles and believes that healing happens within the context of relationships. I strive to create a warm, non-judgmental environment that encourages clients to gain awareness of themselves.
