I use cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) to help you recognize and change unhelpful thought patterns. Depending on your individual needs, I also incorporate mindfulness techniques or provide a psychiatric referral. I am EMDR trained and provide EMDR for in office sessions. Your goals and progress are my top priorities.
