I am both a Board Certified Art Therapist and Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor. My background includes clinical work in medical and psychiatric hospitals, private practice, and community mental health. My work with the medical population has led me to practice with a firm belief of the mind and body connection. My experience and interests include assisting with coping with a medical diagnosis, anxiety, self-esteem issues, grief and loss, depression, anger, stress management, behavior concerns, social skills, and life changes. I have experience with young children, school age children, adolescents, and adults. My practice integrates art-making and psychology principles to treat mental health concerns.
