I practice from an Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT) lens with my clients and also use solution-focused, attachment and family system theories focusing on a holistic approach with each client. Additionally, I also practice with a Health at Every Size framework and specialize in mental health conditions with athletes.
As a therapist I aim to create a warm, inviting space where my clients feel safe, comfortable, understood, and accepted. Together we will identify those things that are holding you back, keeping you stuck, or stopping you from living a more mindful, connected life.
