I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT 133658) and I provide individual, couples, family, children and youth counseling in a tele-therapy format. It would be my privilege to offer a safe and collaborative space for bringing change and growth that will move you towards your desired goals in life. My areas of specialty include: life transitions, interpersonal and intimacy deficits, men's issues, addiction, anxiety, stress and military lifestyle challenges. I specialize in supporting those who struggle to manage out of control and problematic sexual behaviors that are causing physical, emotional or relational distress.
I integrate my experience in CBT (cognitive behavioral therapy), DBT (dialectical behavioral therapy) and Motivational Interviewing with a client centered approach and insight based psychotherapy approaches.
I strive to make our sessions feel safe and comfortable by using a non judgmental stance and, when appropriate, a little humor to help you identify and change patterns, thoughts and emotional responses that hinder healing so you can become the best version of yourself.
