Maybe you've spent years in therapy, reading, reflecting, or trying to heal, but still feel stuck in anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, relationship challenges, substance use, or an eating disorder. I work with adults and couples seeking lasting change, and bring specialized experience supporting those healing from eating disorders, body image concerns, and the lasting impacts of trauma. My practice is LGBTQ+ affirming and culturally responsive, with particular care for those navigating immigration, questions of belonging, and life's major transitions.
My approach combines the depth of psychodynamic therapy with experiential and somatic approaches that engage both mind and body, including EMDR, Ketamine-Assisted EMDR (KA-EMDR), and Ecotherapy. This allows us to work not only with insight, but with the emotions, patterns, and nervous system responses that often live beyond words.
