I use a feedback-informed approach that honors your culture, spirituality and activism. I draw from Narrative therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Brainspotting, DBT, CBT, & Solution-focused brief therapy, spiritually-grounded integrative mindfulness practices. I'm fluent in English, Hindi, Urdu. Some Marathi & Punjabi.

Kinnected: Therapeutic BIPOC Support Group
Kinnected is a virtual support group for BIPOC folks to learn tools and practices to heal while being in relationship with others. This group is for people who are interested in deepening their relational skills by learning in community with other BIPOC folks from across the U.S. The group will run for 4 - 6 weeks.
