At Grateful Insights, our role is to help you make sense of what may be holding you back, build on your strengths, and make sustainable changes with a straightforward, practical approach. Gissa brings over 15 years of professional experience and specialized clinical expertise, while AynMarie offers collaborative, reduced-rate individual therapy for adults under clinical supervision.

Our role is to build on your strengths through evidence-based care, including CBT. Gissa offers individual and couples therapy for trauma, chronic pain, anxiety, depression, and health stress using EMDR and CPT. AynMarie supports adults with trauma, anxiety, relationships, life transitions, post-ketamine meaning-making, and sex-positive concerns.
