My own life journey has deeply influenced the way I show up as a therapist. Having personally navigated challenges with self-esteem, depression, and the pain of divorce, I understand firsthand how difficult it can be to rebuild when life doesn’t go as planned. These experiences have given me a deep sense of empathy and a genuine desire to walk alongside others as they work through their own struggles.
In my practice, I provide a safe, compassionate space where clients can process their emotions, rediscover their strengths, and learn practical tools for healing and growth. I often draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and, when appropriate, Christian counseling principles to help individuals and couples find hope, balance, and renewed purpose.
