Thanks for visiting my page. I work from a trauma-informed lens and provide tools for you to understand how you developed and are still evolving as a creative self as you face new challenges, losses, and changes in your life. You are constantly creatively adjusting to a changing environment, and sometimes old coping strategies may need to shift. For this, you may choose to work with the support of a therapist, such as myself. I am interested in working in the here-and-now, facilitating your embodied experiences, as we co-create a safe space that empowers you to explore what is surfacing.
I offer experiments that enhance your awareness of boundaries, relationships, self-acceptance, and belonging. I provide different techniques that facilitate healing from anxiety, depression, trauma, relational ruptures, loss, and low self-esteem. My work is grounded in EMDR, Gestalt Therapy, Dance Therapy, Somatic Psychology, and Expressive Arts Therapy.
