I partner with families navigating anxiety, emotional regulation, behavioral challenges, family conflict, life transitions, self esteem, and relationship struggles. Whether your child is shutting down, acting out, or somewhere in between, I’ll work to understand what’s beneath and help your family find more connection, communication, and ease.
I specialize in working with children, adolescents, and families. I believe when kids feel safe and understood, real change becomes possible. My client centered approach blends Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution Focused, Narrative Therapy, and play and art based interventions. Therapy with me is warm, collaborative, and often creative.
