As a mother and therapist, I understand how deeply we feel our children’s emotions—when they struggle, we struggle too. I believe that parenting is one of the most meaningful yet challenging journeys, and that no parent should face it alone. My goal is to create a warm, judgment-free space where parents can better understand their child’s behavior, their own emotions, and how to build calm and confidence at home.
My approach integrates Systemic and Solution-Focused Therapy, grounded in family dynamics. I incorporate CBT and behavioral principles to promote cognitive and behavioral change. I’m pursuing my BCBA certification to expand my knowledge of human behavior. I use mindfulness and somatic practices to strengthen the mind-body connection and regulation.
I work with families, couples, and individuals facing anxiety, depression, and relationship challenges. Therapy is a space to pause, reflect, and find new ways forward. Together, we work toward balance, confidence, and lasting well-being. Services available in English and Spanish.
