I work with individuals, couples and families in a variety of modalities. Clients benefit from therapy that is tailored to their unique needs and I believe that, with my experience in both long term and short term treatment, with in depth orientations and behavioral interventions, there is an approach that is just right for every client.
My specialities include depression, anxiety, eating disorders and post traumatic stress disorders. I integrate the technique of EMDR and find that clients move deeper and more quickly to resolve more difficult issues.
My style is relational. It does not matter what orientation or technique I employ, the most important part of a healing relationship is the relationship between therapist and client. I strive to achieve a connection that communicates both my skill as a therapist and my care as a human being.
