I am a bilingual Latino queer therapist that focuses on working with the LGBTQ+ community. I am currently licensed in the state of NY and NJ. My goal is to serve as a source of support in the healing process of queer folk through the means of talk therapy. I currently specialize working with individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, and life transitions.
My approach in therapy, depending on the client, can be relational, directive, explorative or goal-oriented. My therapeutic modality is integrative as I incorporate various elements from such as mindfulness, cognitive behavioral therapy and psychodynamic therapy as a means to develop the best treatment regimen for each person.
