My goal is for you to feel safe while you embark on a journey to a healthier and happier version of yourself. Just know that I incorporate sarcasm and humor into therapy. It's okay to have some fun. I do speak some Greek and grew up with European culture (Greek/Italian).
I'm here to support you in any way I can. I work with a diverse client base of adults, adolescents, and the elderly. I have a passion for working with the LGBTQIA+ community. Feeling accepted in this world can feel hopeless. It doesn't have to. I can teach you the skills you need to become happier, heal, and improve in many other areas of life.
