I've worked in various school systems, the restaurant business, and in organ donation. I grew up with divorced parents, in blended families, and in mixed cultures. These experiences give me a unique ability to work especially well with folks in the service industry, anyone in a non-traditional family, and those families struggling with school.

This group is for parents, care-givers, or anyone with a child who has not wanted to go back to school after the pandemic. This group provides concrete tools and skills to help your child reacclimate in a way that feels safe, as well as brings struggling parents together for support.
Young Adult Relationship Group
This group is for young adults ages 21-30 who find themselves in unhealthy relationship after unhealthy relationship. This group is ideal for people asking themselves "Is it me?" or "what is wrong with me?" Hint: It's not you, you're not crazy, and there is nothing wrong with you. In this group, we will explore patterns of attachment, learn interpersonal skills for connecting deeper with ourselves and others, and have some fun.
