The journey is a collaborative effort, and clients should be ready to work to become the person they want to be. In life, we go through many trials and tribulations and I strive to create a safe space for my clients to open up about their issues and heal. I think we can work through the struggles of your life together by building a strong therapeutic alliance.
I utilize a variety of games, play-based, art-based, and movement-based activities to encourage my young clients to explore and communicate their thoughts and feelings in a productive and therapeutic manner. I also utilize many of these same creative modalities with my adolescent and adult clients to assist them in discovering their core strengths.
