English
| español Are you navigating intense burnout or a demanding schedule that leaves you feeling depleted? I spent 14 years in the engineering field before becoming a therapist, so I understand the pressure of our environments firsthand and how it permeates through our lives. I work with teens and adults to manage the "inner critic" and the "achiever" parts of themselves that often drive burnout and stress.
My approach is collaborative and I offer a space where you can feel seen and understood. Together we'll get to know the different parts of your identity—the professional, the worrier, the fun one and more—so you can lead with confidence.
My approach to mental health counseling draws from Internal Family Systems (IFS), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and other therapeutic models. My style is grounded in empathy and lightheartedness, and my goal is to build an authentic relationship that creates a safe space for you to explore, laugh, cry, and grow into the person you want to be.
I know taking the first step towards seeking mental health support is significant, and often the hardest part. I recognize the effort it took, and I'm glad you're here. Feel free to reach out with any questions you have about the process. Schedule a complimentary 30 minute consultation today.
