I enjoy working with adults, adolescents, families and couples with a variety of treatment needs, i.e. depression, anxiety, parenting, and relationship issues.
I have experience working with juvenile delinquents, couples, and families. I have been trained in a variety of research/evidenced based treatment models, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). I also utilize an eclectic approach of counseling theories to meet the individual needs of my clients.
