About
I love having the opportunity to work with women to help them become healed, healthy and whole. I use cognitive behavioral therapy to help clients learn new ways of thinking and relating to their world. I also use EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocesing) as a dynamic tool for processing traumatic memories and replacing negative beliefs clients may have about themselves. It is my desire to join you wherever you are in your journey. We will confront the past, share insights about the present and develop the tools you need to move toward an empowered and hopeful future.
I provide a comfortable, safe and non-judgmental place to address such issues as anxiety, depression, disordered eating, lack of self-love and past traumatic experiences. Each client is unique. We will work together to develop a therapy plan based on your individual needs, personality and comfort level.
Reaching out to begin therapy is such a positive step. I want to make the process as easy as possible for you by providing a convenient office location, video sessions, flexible scheduling and a sliding scale for those with financial need.
