You’re here because you’ve been struggling in the most vulnerable parts of your life, and it's chipping away at your relationship, your confidence, and your sense of self. My job is to help you restore that balance and unlock the potential of your sexual wellness. A better sex life is not out of your reach.
I provide trauma-informed sex therapy to help clients overcome sexual issues and develop their sexual confidence. My approach is both direct and gentle; my values of authenticity, compassion, and humor also show through in each session. I am especially passionate about working with trauma survivors and the LGBTQIA+ community.
I believe it is incredibly important to feel connected to your therapist in order to do the vulnerable work of therapy.
