I believe that the first step in effecting positive change in your life begins with building self-awareness. I work from an integrative perspective, drawing from psychodynamic, behavioral, cognitive, and humanistic theories. My therapeutic style is collaborative, warm, and empowering, while simultaneously solution-focused and goal-directed.
So far in my social work journey, and over the past 9+ years, I have worked with and provided clinical therapy to children, teens, and adults from diverse backgrounds.
