Hello, and thank you for visiting my profile on Psychology Today. If you decide to work with me, you will be getting a seasoned professional who has been in practice since 2012. I provide marriage counseling, couples counseling, and individual counseling for adults 18 and older. My ideal client is someone who is dealing with unhappy relationships, problems in communication, anxiety, depression or attachment issues. I am a preferred provider with Premera Insurance and Regence Insurance. If you happen to have other insurance, I can submit a claim using your out of network benefits. Online billing and payment is also available.
I completed specialized training in February 2017 to be able to instruct and share the principles of Couple Communication as written by Sherod Miller, Ph.D. and Phyllis Miller, Ph.D. I also share principles from the book: "Collaborative Marriage Skills" by Sherod Miller, Ph.D., Phyllis Miller, Ph.D., Elam W. Nunnally, and Daniel B. Wackman.
