When we meet for therapy, I will create a supportive space where you feel heard. Using effective, evidence-based approaches, I'll tailor our work to your needs by drawing on tools to improve relationships, manage difficult emotions, and heal different parts of yourself. My goal is to support and equip you as we navigate your challenges together.
