I specialize in working with women navigating betrayal trauma, relationship challenges, anxiety, faith struggles, and major life transitions. I also work with couples who are recovering from betrayal, infidelity, loss of trust, or unhealthy relational patterns and want to rebuild safety, communication, and deeper connection. My approach is compassionate, honest, and practical. I want therapy to feel like a place where you are deeply understood, but also where meaningful growth and change can happen. As a Christian counselor, I welcome conversations about faith and integrate spiritual values when desired by the client.
I use evidence-based approaches including CBT and ACT, and I incorporate Gottman principles in couples work to help partners strengthen communication, repair trust, and navigate conflict more effectively. I am also a trainee in the Multidimensional Partner Trauma Model through APSATS (Association of Partners of Sex Addicts Trauma Specialists).
