I understand addiction not as a moral failing, but as a response to pain made more complicated by the intricacies of the brain.
Alongside my clinical training, I bring a holistic lens to my work, informed by my certification as a 200-hour yoga teacher. I integrate mindfulness, breathwork, and somatic awareness into sessions, helping clients reconnect with their bodies and inner wisdom.
