I specialize in treating trauma and PTSD, depression, anxiety, relationship issues, people-pleasing, self esteem and perfectionism. Together we will explore the roadblocks that are holding you back, and develop a plan that allows you to move forward into a life that you actually want to live.

I am a therapist, trainer, and creator. I use evidence-based approaches like EMDR and IFS to help people uncover the root causes of emotional distress. My non-judgmental approach supports people in facing their difficulties and regaining control over their lives.

I am also an educator and train other therapists to advance their therapeutic skills in the area of EMDR. I have created educational programs that foster deeper learning and a greater capacity for helping people heal. I have expertise in treating all forms of trauma, and I utilize these skills both with my clients and supporting other therapists.
