My passion is helping anxious teens and young adults learn to trust themselves, discover their own voice, and build a life that feels true to who they are- not who they think they should be. Therapy with me is warm, collaborative, and tailored to what you need most each session. We may explore relationship patterns, attachment, family experiences, nervous system regulation, or the emotions underneath what's keeping you stuck. Together, we'll build on your strengths, practice self-compassion, and create space for growth at a pace that feels right.
Clients often describe me as kind, calming, approachable, and genuine. I bring warmth, authenticity, and a little lightheartedness into sessions to help clients feel comfortable being themselves. I integrate evidence-based approaches including Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Internal Family Systems (IFS).
