Hi! I'm Ginger Drake. I graduated with my Master of Arts in Counseling at age 57. For the past eleven years I've worked with men and women with alcohol and substance abuse issues, and the mental, emotional and spiritual dynamics that frequently accompany them. I've worked with men and women ages 19-69. Whether your goal is to kick free of a life dominating problem or to deepen your understanding of yourself, I would love to talk to you. Many of us have life-dominating issues (sometimes more than one!) I believe in being a good listener. Frequently, talking can help the pieces come together. You possess more information about yourself than anyone else. It is my job to ask the questions that will move our conversations along, help us discover patterns and themes, and identify solutions.
I have met more courageous and determined people in the last 11 years than all the rest of my life put together! I am the best version of myself when I meet someone who wants the best for themselves, and are willing to allow me to accompany them for a portion of their journey
