One of my favorite quotes is, “everything you want is on the other side of fear”. Fear is often a massive barrier for people to lead the life they truly desire. My goal as a therapist is to help you move through your fears so that you can be your best self. I use an eclectic approach, taking individual values and beliefs into consideration to help the therapeutic process be as approachable and relatable as possible. I aim to be an authentic participant in the healing process by walking clients through action plans in addition to emotional processing.
I mainly use techniques from solution-focused, mindfulness-based, and client-centered therapies. I like to create a calming and collaborative environment, allowing you to feel heard and valued, while supporting you in developing strategies to navigate life.
If you are looking to make a change, improve relationships, or gain support in any area of your life, let's work together so you can live your best life and embrace what is important to you. You don't have to face change alone, reach out so we can schedule your first session.
