An integrated counseling approach to treatment which includes techniques from Solution-Focused Therapy (SFT), Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) is used to explore needs and provide support as families and couples develop emotional bonds that promote growth, healing, and relationship enhancement.
As a trained Christian counselor, I enjoy helping clients explore spirituality and develop strategies to integrate their beliefs and values into the therapeutic process in order to meet unique needs and promote healing.
