I specialize in early childhood trauma and emotional/physical abuse, both past and present. I have experience helping couples recover from infidelity and navigating healing through EMDR and other trauma-focused work. I have completed Level 2 Gottman training which provides research-based interventions to address communication and relationship challenges.
