I am passionate about helping women learn to balance their nervous system, heal trauma and build the skills they need to get unstuck, decrease stress and experience more joy on their journey to loving themselves and creating the life they truly want to live.
I provide holistic counseling services that include talk therapy, deep dive interactive experiences and mindfulness practices. My training in Somatic Therapies, CBT, EFT, Mindfulness, and Neurolinguistic Programming create a powerful and effective integrative approach to offer my clients a way to get unstuck and experience transformation from the inside out.
I have personal experience as a woman, single mom and business owner and understand the complex challenges that arise with pressures of daily responsibilities and social expectations. It takes a toll and has a huge impact on our physical and emotional health. This is a non-judgmental space so each individual feels safe, supported and can be their true self.
