My approach blends storytelling, mindfulness, movement, and spirituality to support mind-body-spirit healing. I’ve seen how these practices help clients not only manage stress and emotions but also feel more grounded, free, and aligned with who they truly are. Outside of therapy, I’m a yoga instructor, meditation teacher, Reiki practitioner, and performer.

Healing Manifestation Group
Has modern manifestation rhetoric made you feel worse about yourself and compounded feelings like shame, brokenness, or unworthiness? This manifestation group approaches the goals we set for ourselves in a different light: we take into account the socio-cultural structures and the systems in place that are ignored in traditional schools of thought and stand in the way of making our desired futures manifest. In this safe and collaborative environment, we help each other navigate subconscious beliefs and how invisible forces have shaped them, while learning how to step into alignment with that which we want to call into fruition.
