I specialize in working with adults with sensory challenges, nervous system overwhelm, and burnout. You do not need to be in crisis to benefit from therapy. Many of my clients are functioning in work and family life but want a better understanding of how their sensory systems are impacting their daily lives.
I help adults understand their unique sensory profile so that they can design their lives so that they can thrive instead of survive the onslaught of sensory experiences in our busy lives. We are on a mission to change how every person can improve their own mental health through doing.
