Hello, I'm so happy you're here. Let me share a bit about how I practice and who I can help. I am a depth therapist working under the premise that our unconscious holds important information that comes to light as you begin to dig deeper within. I am here to help with that excavation. During our sessions, I will tend to our work together by inviting you to share your current problems as well as details about your childhood and family history. I am here to help anyone who is struggling with anxiety, depression, adjustment to life events or traumatic experiences and is willing to show up for themselves.
I currently work with adults and seniors who are looking to better themselves and their lives. As I mentioned, I utilize a depth psychotherapy lens in my work and also look to the transference to guide us in our exploration. As we do this, I listen for unhelpful patterns as well as unprocessed feelings that may be keeping you stuck.
