I specialize in attachment dynamics, relationships, trauma, stress, burnout, depression and anxiety, and for over 25 years have worked with children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families. My approach is collaborative and supportive while working on issues that tend to keep us stuck. Counseling sessions can include working with horses in a safe, therapeutic environment to promote healthier relationships, emotion regulation, trauma healing and personal growth.
I offer counseling in person, through telehealth for Missouri and Kansas, and also provide equine-assisted therapy using ground exercises with horses as partners to address mental health issues, improve relationships and gain deeper insight into self and relationships with others.
