I am a licensed mental health counselor with over 11 years of experience. Specializing in depression, anxiety, and panic disorders, I have worked with diverse age groups. I provide empathetic therapy, using evidence-based techniques and a client-centered approach. My goal is to create a safe space for clients to explore their thoughts and feelings, collaboratively work toward their goals, and equip them with effective coping skills. My areas of expertise include anxiety disorders, such as generalized anxiety, social anxiety, and panic disorder, as well as depression and mood disorders.
I am also experienced in working with individuals struggling with stress management, self-esteem issues, and life transitions. Additionally, I have a special interest in working with individuals who have experienced trauma and helping them navigate the healing process.
My therapeutic approach is rooted in a combination of Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Person-Centered Therapy. By integrating these modalities, I aim to provide comprehensive and individualized support to my clients.
